Hi, I'm Beth.....I'm tired of being fat. I'm tired of feeling fat. I'm tired of yo yo dieting. I'm married to a fat man that's tired of being fat, tired of feeling fat, tired of yo yo dieting. We are a blissfully married couple that simply want to be a normal sized couple.
It seems we have both dieted most of our lives, yet we are fat. My husband, Larry, was surfing the net last month and found out that our CIGNA insurance began covering bariatric surgies last month. WE ARE SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!! We called our insurance company, and, low and behold......we are covered!!!!! We then, as a couple, went to our family practice MD. She recommended that we attend this class, here in Savannah GA, at a bariatric clinic. We attended the first seminar. We have completed the required paperwork and are impatiently awaiting the news from this bariatric practice of the next step. We have been reading, researching, studying, here on this site and others about the weight loss surgery process. We both want to be as educated as possible before we enter into this. We are committed completely. Any advice, information will be greatly appreciated. I will have pictures as soon as I can get them.
