i started out on june1,2010 at 250pds.asthma,bad joints,severve sleep apnea.you name it.i needed to change my life.as of june 1 2011 i weigh 145.i did it! life is great.i got a second chance.you can do it too.i went out and bought all new clothes ,shoes,etc.a new me a new year.thank god.
