Got up to go to church yesterday. As I was getting ready and put on my dress slacks...I had to laugh. When I had my surgery I weighed 268 now I am at 232....yeah, had to call the hubby up and show him...they nearly are falling off of me. He laughed and said I think you need a belt.  Its those little tiny victories we need to remember. In our walk, one day at a time....enjoy each moment.   Have a great day all.
