The office staff were helpful, enjoyable to be around and very helpful with questions I had concerning the tests, procedures and anything else I came up with. rn The location of the office was a bit to be desired though it was very close to the border. Dr. Verboonen himself now has a band and is a bit smaller than when I first met him. rn Aftercare is just a click or phone call away if you want to fly to Tijuana. His office has even gotten me in when I forgot to call ahead. rn His explaination of the surgery was through and he even went into detail with the different bands available, he never pressured me as to which one to choice and showed me why each one was unique. rn The rating would have to be top notch for Dr. Verboonen, office staff and the hospital. As for bedside manner or curgical competence, they were both grand! "
