3 week stall but God is still good

It seems that I have been living in a perpetual stall.  Out of one and in to another, I have 6 lbs to get to my half way mark.  I am not discouraged, I know I have to shock my body into submission, so with that said.  I getting ready to WORK IT OUT!!!! starting monday i am joining a new gym.  Let's get it in 2011 here I com goal.  Happy new year OH Fam!
