Hey everybody, just to let you all know that i haven't forgot you, i've been busy with work. I'm doing well losing my weight i'm to 160 pounds and i feel great!

Hey everybody, I'm sorry that I haven't been online here lately. I 'm doing very well with my weight. My body is keeping up with my weight losing and i'm very happy to say i'm down to 168 pounds as of today. I feel the best that i in a long time and I thank God for giving me the courage to do this for my self. Love all my freinds for the support that they have giving to me. THANKS!

Hey . I 'm not sure how to get my little lady bug to move on my tricker, but i'm down to 190 pounds now. I'm feeling really good. Help to here from some of you soon. Theresa

Hey everybody, I had surgery on Wed. and everything went fine. I came home on thursday and I'm doing ok. Theresa

Hey everybody, my big day is this coming Wednesday and I'm very excided and a little nerveous, Can't hardly wait to be on the losing bench. Theresa

Hey everybody, I got my date for surgery  yesterday. My date is set for Dec. 9th, I have to be
at the hospital at 6:00 o'clock and surgery is two hours later. Please all my friends say a
pray for ok. Theresa

Hey everybody , I got good news today. My thyriod labs were back to normal range and my dr cleaned me for my surgery.
Dr Harris is trying to fit me in before Thanksgiving,  and I will know for sure in morning wheather going to be done on Nov.
23th or on Nov 30 or Dec 2th. I'm really hoping for the 23th, but i will be happy what everday he can do it. Theresa
