In The Begining
I didn't think I would keep a journal. But I have decided I would. Here goes..... 4/11/07 I attended the 2 hr St. Vincent Hospital (Cleveland) information class that is required to have surgery. Even though I have read a lot of information on the subject.This class still touched on things I hadn't known. My wife brought along a writing tablet and took 5 pages of notes. I thought I had my mind set on having LapBand surgery. After attending the class,I am leaning more towards Roux-en-Y (RNY). I filled out the papers for St. Vincent to contact my Insurance company for my having surgery. They said I should hear within a week if and what my Insurance will cover. That call is when I have to have a decision made. So far so good....
