saggy fat - what is everyone doing for the saggy fat this looks so so nasty even though the weight loss is nice the fat hanging is not so nice....any answers i guess im gonna do a whole upper ...

getting better - well its monday feb 1 im 86 pounds down im glad for that... im recovering from my hernia repair sugery last week...

not doing to well - on wed 1-27-10 had a hernia  repair in were i had gastric bypass has this happen to anyone dr anez had to go back in and repair it im in alot of pain gas again mostly i can barely ...

long time i wrote - well im january 11th will be 6 months post op and i already have a total weight loss of 76 pounds im  doing great because i dont even exercise..and the fat is melting away like sug...

cpr - last year this time i was so embrassed i was doing cpr class and i had to put the dummy on the table because i could not get on my knees and bend over to perform cpr ... this year ...
