I keep loosing I weight 175 pounds today!! Looking forward to go shopping soon. People have been telling me
I look different. That makes me feel good. For the first time in years I'm feeling better about myself!!

Lost 5 more pounds! I stepped in my scale with a little fear, and then oh!!! good news, so happy!!! Just wanted to share.

My VSG....

Just about a month ago I did my bariatric surgery in Tijuana Mexico.
After too many hours on the internet I chose Dr. Pompa to do my VSG.
I traveled to San Diego California and I was picked up at the airport by a driver
from LIMARP. The rooms were beautiful with a golf course view. I was a little nervous
and as soon as Dr. Pompa came to my room to see me and answered all my questions and concerns I felt so much better.
I talked with the anesthesiologist and internist so they could do all the tests to get me ready for surgery.
Finally after all the months of thinking about it I had my surgery. After two days I felt more like myself again! They did tests on
me and they turned out great!!
I have lost 15 pounds since then and feel that it's the begining of a new and healthier life for me and my kids. I hope to be a good example for them.
