I am a 39 yo male from North Carolina I have a beautiful wife and a small zoo at my house consisting of two dogs and 1 cat. I started my weight loss journey on August 12th 2009 and i have lost about 80 pounds. I am very excited about my new life. I feel better than I have in a long time. All of my meds have gone out the window and i don't use my C-Pap machine to sleep at night anymore. I am looking foward to losing all the weight I can and getting my youth back lol. I wish, but at least I will feel that way even if I am getting older. In those famous words from the water boy " You Can Do It"
