7/17/2007 - met my mom at the support meeting @ Physicians Regional Medical center and after I went to the ER to get myself weighed. I'm weighging 343.6. I think I have lost about 10-15 lbs.

7/25/2007  I went to my family Dr today and he's increasing my apnea meds but says I'm weighing 331. Looks like I have lost abour 32-35 lbs.

7/1/2007 - I went to see my dr on 6/25 and they couldn't weigh me plus they have to put me on hdz to help with the water retention in my ankle. He also gave me provil to help with the narcolepsy. It makes me hyped.

7/7/2007 I weighed in at the mall scale and it says 344. I have another appt with the dr next week and I have been eating healthier since 6/26. I cut out soda and liquor and I have now start drink water with crystal light. I haven't had carbs since 6/26 and I haven't gone for fast food since then too. My mom noticed my gut was smaller last night and made a comment. Other people are noticing too at work. 

6/15/2007 - I'm new to this. With my mom's help I've made appts for the next 6 months and I'm trying to lose some weight on my own, again. I've done this a couple of time and yeah I lose some but then I gain it all back. I started this in January and then changed jobs so I had to wait cause of the insurance deal. I have sleap apnea and the medical supply company repod my machine. I am meeting with my family dr on 6/25 and I've already set my next 6 months worth of appts so he can f/u with me on a supervised diet.
