"He was easy to talk to and very informative. He let me know what I can expect from the surgery and answered any questions I have. His office staff is very knowledgable. He did address the risks surgery and also let me now that he has a no mortality rate, that is, he has never lost a patient and has had only 1 patient with complictions who is doing well today. What I found very helpful is that the Midwest Barictric Institute has started a weight management program in dealing with insurance issues regarding the supervised diet. Now you can attend support group meeting and go thru counseling sessions in which the medical officials will document your progress in diet and excercise."
