I am syarting over once again........
My Journey Begins
Today I had my consult with Dr. Dan,He and his staff are all good ppl.He is very nice and he takes the time to answer your questions. He says he is going to put me on the Optifast Diet. This part I didn't understand and I didn't ask any questions, But I'm going to call his office tomorrow to ask a few questions now that I no what it is all about.
