Hi Track, You're almost there! Best wishes for an uneventful surgery. I've been reading your posts on the message board. You have a wonderful grasp on the whole process. I wish I lived closer and could join you and Leilani for some bike rides. It's getting quite chilly here in Green Bay, WI. :-) I like the ocean, but not your hurricaines. morning track, i am 8 weeks post of (lap rny 9/8/2003) and down 53 lbs, i am an avid reader of the board and have found so much of what you have to offer as a personal help and inspiration to me, i want to extend my best wishes and all my support to you as you go through your surgery and recovery procees and for your entire journey, i am married and the mother of 2 children, one of which is a special needs diabled 15 year old boy, so i would also like for you to take the time out to let your family know that someone has sent well wished thier way as well. please keep us posted on your progress and get back to your computer screen as soon as you can i will miss not seeing your posts for a few days. tricia herrick lap rny 9/8/2003

Wow Track, your big day is almost here! You have prepared better than anyone I know, so it's gonna be a breeze. Then the fun really starts. I'm sending my best wishes for a smooth surgery and a swift recovery. You'll be back on your bike in no time and showing those jerks in Seashore State Park just who is THE MAN!
