Here's a little bit about me, I am a 27y/o married woman who has battled with weight from childhood. I started this journey about four years ago, but with jobs changing, health issues and insurance denials I just recently had my surgery. I must tell you at first if I had known how bad I was gonna feel right after it never would have been done. But now a week out life is a bit better, not as much pain now. I weighed 422lbs at my heaviest and life was no fun there either. I am an RN and spend most of my time on my feet at work and knew this was my only chance at a better life. I will continue to try to update as time goes by and I hope all who are having, wanting,or have had the surgery all the luck in the world.
