I have lot a lot of weight... and I am happy with that but these last 20lbs are harder than anything. Trying to be normal when everyone else is eating the types of food I used to binge on is almost impossible. I have had to leave social situations more than once because I feel I can't contain myself, or I end up over eating and sick. Making this a permanentt lifestyle change is proving really hard for me... and it is making me very depressed.
