"I can't say enough about Dr. Floch and his staff. He is a very caring doctor who's concern is truly about the patient. Dr. Floch's team approach to the WLS journey has been the most wonderful experience !!!! From dealing with the insurance company to handling which pre-op tests need to be completed, his staff were always there if I needed them. I especially want to thank Tangella ( not sure if that's the correct spelling), Elaine, Deb and Danielle for without their constant support and their accessibility, I don't know if I could have kept my dream alive.rnI also feel that the post-op support of nutritionist, mental health counselor and support group meetings are what makes Dr. Floch's practice so special. :<)"
