Hi! My name is Mara and I have hit rock bottom! I am 25 years old and am weighing in at 350lbs. (BMI 62.0). I am looking into having weight loss surgery to be healthy for not only myself but my family. I have a wonderful and loving husband and the most beautiful little boy who is my world. My biggest fear is that I am not going to be here much longer for them so, something needs to be done NOW!
