"My first impression of Dr. James Sapala was great. Dr. Sapala was very informative, kind and attentive to me and my family upon our first appointment. I was even more impressed with his office staff which make all your pre and post ops task easy to remember and do. From the nurses(debra and cynthia) to his nutrionist(Mary Z.) and the front desk people I praise their effort. I've met many doctors and their staff whom make your appointment difficult to feel cared for but not with this rockstar of a surgeon. I don't have anything negative to say regarding my care at Dr. Sapala's office. Future patient should know that they will be cared for and treated as an individual and not another surgical candidate. Dr. Sapala's after care is above and beyond any doctors experience I have ever had and he remembers family members by name, what a great man. Dr. Sapala does all his follow ups himself for life. Dr. Sapala informed me of my risks and also had ways of preventing those risks. My rating of Dr. Sapala is he is not just my bariatric surgeon but he is a close friend for his method is effective and enjoyable. From a scale of 1 to 10 he is a hundred. Both surgical competence and bedside manners are as we say awesome. All my family members are appreciative towards Dr. James Sapala and staff for the great treatment he has given me. Dr Sapala thanks for your help and care and I hope others in the medical field take a note from you because you ROCK!!!!
