"My first impression of Dr. John J. Kelly was that he is a very kind, compassionate, caring human being. He takes whatever time is needed with the patient to answer all questions that arise. He encourages patients to attend the monthly support group. He's a very dedicated man who really cares about the well being of his patients. He is an outstanding surgeon who wants his patients to be well informed before making this drastic decision to have surgery. His office coordinates an excellent aftercare program with the professsionals on the team, including himself. A few times he was very \"tough\" on me, but it was indicated at the time. Even though he could be tough on me, he was at the same time very supportive, caring and compassionate, always looking out for my best interest.
