 down to 23o lbs...i have lost 2o5 lbs in just ovr 3 yrs...feel good but theres an issue with my band..i feel it slide for the last eight months or so but no insurance..so i have to wait i havent had a fill in a looooooong time...but my restrictions on what and how much i can eat are crazy at times...hoing for the best and that all is ok but it doesnt feel right it moves when i bend ...exhale...it will have to wait..hoefully not to much longer
