I can't believe I have come this far. Todate I have lost 101 lbs. I still struggle with self image and wondering if I should have lost more and if I tried hard enough. Went to the dr yesterday and she was very excited and pleased with me weight loss and told me I was where I should be and don't worry about what the tv and the world thinks the prefect body is. At 45 years old, 5'1" and 143 lbs - I think I look good and so does my hubsand so who else should matter.. May God bless everyone on this same journey..
