My life changed on Dec. 07, 2010. I started out at 205. As of this morning I am 190. I am so excited that I feel compelled to exercise and do ALL THE COMPLIANT THINGS ONE SHOULD DO. I have confidence this time that I will not fell. Dr. Victor Gonzalez has given me my life back. Today is December 17, 2010. On my way to the treadmill so that I can stay on track this go-round.
