Feeling Good!

This is day 3 of my 1400 cal diet as recommended by my nut.  Amazingly I have not really been hungry in between meals and snacks and I feel so much better.  More energy, more alert!  I think the difference may be that I am really paying attention to what I am eating.  No refined sugars or processed foods.  Whole grains, lots of veggies and fruits, lean proteins, and yogurt.  Really trying to follow my recommended daily amounts from each food group.  I am confident I can continue on this path until surgery and hopefully will see some results on the scale before surgery.  Feeling really good about things...
