"Update! I saw Dr. Floyd in his office today (8/3/2004)for my initial consultation. He was awesome! He came into the room and was very friendly. He asked me about my family, my husband, my children. He spent quite a bit of time just chatting. He then carefully explained the surgery and allowed me to ask questions. He was GREAT! See my personal comments for more info about the consultation.
