Jul 30, 2009

Well, It's hard to believe it has been 6 years. I still come here often to see what is going in but I don't post much.
6 years ago I was a scared newbie wondering if I could do this.
Today I am maintaining pretty well. I did gain about 10 pounds this year after stress eating while grieving my mom's death.
3 weeks ago I decided it was easier to lose 15 lbs now than it would be to lose 50 if I keep letting in go so I joined weightwatcher online and it is helping me to keep on task with my food consumption. I weighed 130 this morning, a loss of 6 pounds in the 3 weeks.
Life is so much better than it was 6 years ago and being thin has really helped me gain self confidence.
To all you newbies and oldbies, keep going it is so worth it!
