"My journey began at Franciscan St. Francis Weight Loss Center (Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence)in Indianapolis, Indiana. The staff their is friendly and thorough in patient care. You become a candidate and have to complete the qualification process for surgery. The staff is always available to help out. They have surgeons, nurses, registered dietitians, counselors, insurance, and office assistance. Once you qualify and receive your surgery date, you go through another screening process to prepare you for surgery. St. Francis Hospital is a warm, beautiful, state-of-the-art facility, and the staff is outstanding. The only problem noted is the many carts the night staff use should to be replaced/oiled so that the tremendous racket they make won't disturb sleeping patients. "
