I am nearly 40 (October) and just had a second child in Sept of 05. My first is now 18! I spent all of his life obese and unable. I want to be able for my second child, my second chance. I want to be able to play in the floor, I want to be able to go to the Zoo and walk the whole place, I want to be able to fit in the amuzement park ride seat, I want to be able to give my son the childhood that he deserves and myself the life that I never had the chance to live.

All of my pre op specialist appointments are done and all of my approvals have been sent to the surgeon. They will send off my packet to insurance either tomorrow or early next week. I have a "results consult" with Dr Enochs on Tuesday Oct, 2. Who knows, if insurance approves me, then I could possibly have surgery before my birthday, Oct. 30. I am actually afraid to get my hopes up. Well, even if insurance denies me, at least with all the tests I just went through, I know that I am really healthy for a fat girl. LOL
