Van and I have just returned from Italy where we meet my family members,including my uncle peter prestipino who is 97 years old and has my name or i have his, it was so exciting meeting relatives that i have only known via internet and phone conversations. we had a wonderful time in italy ,spain,france, and croashia.We are enjoying traveling and exerting so much energy and exuberance with our new slender selves.recently I went to the seminar in San Ramon and had a great time, but truly missed jackie's viberant excitement . The lady just get's me so jacked up and energized.To all our o.h. family WE EXTENT OUR BEST WISHES FOR AN EXCITING HOLLIDAY SEASON AND A GREAT NEW YEAR...
two year annaversary

Well as i look back at the many blessings that have occured over the last two years, there are so many thinks to give thanks to. the wonderful staff of Delano Reginal Medical Center. at the surgical pavilion, dedicated to G.R.D.S SURGERY THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME EVEN AFTER TWO YEARS.I am encouraged to drop in and talk the new clients about my journey. the staff at Dr. K's office are still available 24/7 for and questions that i have. I actually talk to real poeple even at 3:00 a.m. I still attend the monthly support group meetings where everyone is invited to learn the latest and share there joys and sorrows and get loving support.I took a wonderful cruise with vann to Mexico this year and on the ship had a few marguritas. Dr. K got wind and had me doing labs and called me into his office for an understanding of drinking and it's consequence after wt. loss surgery . Yes i am so greatful as is vann who is now 5 months out and doing great. I am still being followed closely be my wonderful Dr. and his incredible staff and I feel safe and better than i can ever recall feeling. every day is a new and exciting adventure for both of us.we are living the best times of oue 26 years together and look forward to a long healthy existance together
