As far back as I can remember I have always been overweight. I'd loose tons of weight and gain it back. I finally looked into Weight Loss Surgery when I hit 300 lbs. I had sworn to myself if I ever got that big, I would just shoot myself, well 300 lbs came, and I'm still here. First I applied for Gastric Bypass, but was denied by BCBS of Texas because lack of diet for 6 months(which I personally feel is crap! I've been on diets since I was 11!!) Then we had two major Hurricanes hit us dead on in a matter of months, lost my apartment, so I gave up for a little while. In the meantime I met my now soon to be husband Brad, and he helped me forget about my weight for awhile, but then I came back from googe world and started seeing my PCP monthly visits. During my brake from WLS I decied the Gatric Bypass, wasn't for me, and that I had been denied for a reason. What I mean by that is... I'm 23 years old, and have my whole life to be lived, and while researching both options, I fount that they really don't know what will happen to a perosn who has Bypass and lives for 50 yrs, So I talked to my surgent Dr. Paul Wizman, and he saw where I was coming from. So that brings me to today. I'm having surgery on Dec 26th, and getting married 95 days after that! I'm going to be one hott Bride!!!
