Well y'all,I have 3 more days before the big day! I am still a little nervous about it all, but I am told it is normal. In the last week or so I have been running into more and more negative people.
But it is all right. I went to church last night, and you know how we do. That message was for me!!! Well it was. I was having some doubts and second thoughts, but the message was about FAITH need I say more.......
I am ready my kids, well now that is another story. They do not want this to come to life this soon. Well at least the oldest two have expressed that very thing. Nerves just like me I am sure. But we all will be fine. We are going to a hotel tomorrow just to relax and have some time together. They do not know this but they will.

Why is there so much around you when it comes to life in general, but oh my goodness let someone know you really are going to have WLS and it just pours in full force..... This weekend being that I am getting close to my date I started getting jitters and second thoughts.
Without saying anything to anyone, a couple of people got in contact with me and was like well you really are going to do it I thought by now you would have chickened out. And why so soon (the surgery date)

Hello people have I not been working on this???????????????????
Just really got on my nerves. So I was crying this morning and my daughter comes in. She was like mommy whats wrong? Said just praying got a lot on my mind. She prayed for me the cutest prayer.
Here it is:
Lord please hear my prayer. Bless my mommy to not have stress in her life, help her to have the surgery and please do whatever you have to, to make her better.
I was so humbled and it is amazing she is only seven and she could pray those words without my help. Man that put me back on track.

I went for my class today and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I had to first have a chest xray, than up to labs to have not one, not two, not three but four vials drawn. Than off to my class, but wait, have to weigh in....... OOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMGGGGGG!!!!! Man was a sister sweating! But at least that could have caused weight loss huh???
But no need to sweat cause....... I LOST THE FIVE POUNDS I GAINED!!! GOD IS SO VERY GOOD!!!!
So I was trippin for nothing. When you this big, man five pounds well not much you can tell. But thank goodness it is gone! And I am working on at least three more before surgery on the 19th. So now the only thing left is to go to my PCP on next Thursday for the final release. YES!!! I will keep you all posted.

Last Test

I go to the surgeons office on the 8th for my final classes prior to surgery, labs, EKG and all that good stuff. Than I have to go to my PCP on the 15th to get the physical and some more labs. Man I am not sure I have enough blood!!!
But it still seems so unreal to me at times that it really is about to take place. I am nervous and excited and scared (got to be real) all at the same time. My husband is clingy and I found out he is more nervous than I thought. But it is all good and in love. (I love him so...my kids well they are back and forth. excited, and scared.)
But we will all be fine! I am just trying to get my affairs in order so things run smooth while I am away. You know how moms do. I will keep you all updated after the appointments.

4 TO KEEP UP WITH MY MARATHON PEFORMING HUSBAND(JUST WANT TO BE ACTIVE AGAIN)
5. NOT TO HAVE TO TAKE ALL OF THOSE MEDS OR COMORBIDS (AND PAY FOR THEM)
6. TO BE ABLE TO WALK IN A PLACE AND NOT FEEL CENTER OF ATTENTION BECAUSE I AM SO LARGE.
