Day 4 Post Op

I am day 4 Post VSG Surgery. I’m doing pretty well. Stomach is sore but at least I can drink without pain every single time. I know this is gross but I have finally started passing gas and it has brought so much relief. Lol. I am walking 4-5 times a day for 20 minutes at a time. I am currently at 245 lbs. I’m getting my protein in and almost all of the 64 oz of water everyday. I am staying positive and trucking along. I can’t wait for my incisions to heal. Other than that I am pretty happy with how well I’m doing.
