What did I go and do to myself????

Just had roun e-Y, gastric by-pass surgery on December 23rd, 2010.  I wasn't scared going in but now I'm saying what the heck did I go and do to myself with this surgery.  I drink about 3 ounces of fluids per meal and that's all.  I want a big bowl of cereal with lots of milk, I want toast with homemade jam, I want pizza and I want burgers and steak....HHMMM,  isn't that just exactly how I got myself to this point in time.  Somehow I need to learn how to get this appettite in control or I'll be back at square one again only worse off this time with a partly functioning stomach.  The impossibility of packing this new little stomach is real, not to mention the pain I'd suffer if I tried, so I need to find a new way of relating to food in order that I can achieve a happy balanced life and keep the pork off my body for the rest of my life.  If you have any suggestions on how to deal with the food cravings I'm all ears and anything I come across I will share with you.  See you later.
