Hi Vickie Calif! Congrats on having your surgery! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. Thought I'd send an update on Vickie before I went to bed. She got home early evening and the ride home went well. Her grand-daughter was very sweet and rubbed grandmas hand on the way home. Vickie's home in bed and has been drinking broth and tea. Mom will be with her in the morning. Thanks again for all of the support for my sister! She thinks the world of all of you! I'll be in touch! Good Morning All! This is Angie, Vickie's sister. Haven't heard anything this morning yet, but as of last night, Vickie was doiing well. I do suppose that she'll be home by this evening, sleeping comfortably (Ya right) in her own bed. I'd like to thank everyone for being so supportive of Vickie. I've read through so many postings, and realize there are so many caring people out there. I know Vickie will be going through alot both physically and mentally. All of your support will mean so much to her. And Vickie, please get well soon, cuz your new grandson, Aidan, will be here before we know it, and he and his big sistr, Reese, need Grandma. Can't wait to see this new addition! I'll post more when I know more! Bye for now, Angel Angie
