well... tough to start, I am now at 329 lbs.. sigh... and feel it... despite working out three times a week with a trainer, i cannot seem to loose any weight... I must be te fittest fat guy around!
Ages ago I used to play competetive tennis... imagine that.
Started to gain weigh after I stoped playing and started to coach... Tennis professionals don't really need to move that much ;)
So I ve lost my job as a tennis pro ( i am pretty  sure due to my ever expanding persona) and got involved with Internet/technology. As you  imagine there is not thatmuch movement/exercice involved in that field. Weight kept creeping up.
I  have tried everything I can think of: increase workouts. you know, more dense the muscles more calories will be used. nope, nada. ties Chinese massage/accupuncture plus diets etc.no, no dice either... I ve met an interesting guy that had a DS and kept shinking at rapid pace. I hate him... i tought, here I am working away in sweat and tears and seemingly  he's acheiving what I always wanted.
Well, after getting to know him, i understood his pains too.. the surgery etc was a big step. Aftert all that I ve reached a decision to have a WLS in a form of VSG. What appeals to me is that it can be done laprascopicly and has a minimal chance of cmplications afterwards. I am now doing a lot of research and hoping to getit done soon. Cheers!
