Hi Kate, you young squirt! I'm 52 so everyone is a young squirt to me! LOL I just wanted to say CONGRATS on your smooth surgery! But you know hon, one pound a day is considered a very good weight loss and you have lost 9 more than that, which is an awesome 23 lbs.!!!!!!!YOU ARE DOING SOOOOOO GREAT!!!!!
