Well where to start?? I have been petite all my life but after my 2nd child I started to gain weight for about 10 years stayed between 140 pounds to 145pounds and I am 5'3" tall so that was ok but from past 2 years my weight started to gain went to 150 to 155 now 162 and all the weight is around my tummy.  My BMI is close to 29 so I am overweight.  I tried just about everything religiously dieting, Dr. Bernstein (totally wasted 1000s) slimming pills, cleansing toxins, green tea..just about everything + workout but would loose only few pounds but not enough to be at healthy BMI.  I lost interest in gym since weight loss was not at my satisfaction level.  I wear size 14 pants but want to wear size 6 I want to be 110 or 120 pounds..need to loose minimum 50 pounds did my research Lapband was not an option so going for VSG as it
