I finally decided on weight-loss surgery this Spring. After 6 months of research, I found the surgical group I was most comfortable with. My first appointment was in September on a Thursday and I was approved by Monday of the next week. It's been a whirlwind of doctor appointments, with lots of poking and proding. My surgery is scheduled for November 18, with my last doctor appointment tomorrow.
