New Phase

I started phase four in my diet yesterday. I was so excited when I looked at my manual and discovered that I was already ready for the next phase. Phase four for me is regular diet.I don't know that I am ready to give up my morning protien shake. I rely on that one to give me a much needed boost for the day and about a third of my fluid for the day.
When I weighed on Tuesday, as I usually do, I was 232.5 lbs. When I weighed today I weighed 230. Both times I weighed were at the same time of the day and in similar clothes. I can't believe I have lost 52 pounds already. I only have 60lbs until goal weight. Almost half way there and only two months out.
