I am a single mother of a 10 year old boy. I am a union sheet metal worker that has moved into the classroom. I teach welding in a local Vocational School to 11th and 12th graders. I have been active my whole life, but ever since college the first time and the freshmen 15 I have just never stopped. I have slowly put on 100lbs. I now have acid reflux and high blood pressure. I have to do something to change this place I have found myself.
