wow 33 days out time flies

Wow I can't believe it has been 33 days. I have lost just about 33 pounds kinda funny actually. I wasn't able to get my first band fill I was sick for about a week and Dr. Tom thought it would be better to do it on April Fool's day. This has been a very interesting ride to say the least I think recovery was fairly easy i have just had the post surgery boo-hoos. I can't believe how my clothes are fitting I don't look like a stuffed sausage. Weird thing my shoes are a little big????

Well I had my lap band done on Monday and now it is Thursday.
I had a very good experience at the hospital the only problem I encountered was while in recovery they had trouble getting my O2 sats above 80 and on my second to last dose of pain meds my IV came open and all the morphine ran down my arm so they had to wait an hour before giving me more. But all of the staff was wonderful.
I just feel like me and Mike Tyson went 10 rounds and I took the brunt of the punishment in my stomache.
My husband and mom have just been the two most incredible people.
