My name is Sam and I am 47 years old Christian, married with two adult sons living in Boise. I work in combat simulation and love it. My weight exploded when I injured my back about 10 years ago. I used to be pretty active like hunting and fishing but once you get to a certain size that all stops so I am praying that this surgery will help me get back into the saddle.
