March. 28, 2007.Wow..I haven't been here in so long..It's been 2 years since my surgery and I lost 130 lbs..I still need to lose @ least 30 ish lbs..I came back to get back on track.. I been up & down 5 - 7 lbs for mths..I just started excercising again..I find that we love to test the waters with food..Mentally some of us kepted our bad habits.. Mine was food..I never really dumped, except got the sweats. I only got sick if something got stuck..So of course I would test myself..to see well if I don't get sick from it, a little piece won't hurt me... Well a few to many test..I am sure if I stuck to my guns I would of been down the 40 lbs. I also want to add, I go to a nice support group every other week, held on Saturdays @ Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, NY.. 9 am - 10:30 pm.. come join us..I met alot of nice people and made a some special & amazing friends..
