Hi Everybody,
It has been a minute since I been on this page. I am at a stand still and for more reasons than one. My band was to tight and I started eating softer foods and shakes which was more calories so really haven't lost much since my last update. Got it loosened and now getting back on track. Will post at the end of the month and put a pic up. All who is thinking about it should do it, I am glad and have no regrets.

Hi OH Fam,
Just checkin back in, still on my journey and doing well. I had a month where I lost nothing but I am back on track. I still have to learn how to eat slow but other than that it is all good.

Hey Yall,
I am so pumped up about losing weight. I had my 1st fill on the 27th and it does not hurt. Still having problems with my incision where the port area is not completely healed but is doing better. I lost 28lbs. I walk on the treadmill 30 minutes a day. To be able to even have this procedure is a blessing from God for me. Weight has been my biggest challenge of which I had no control over. I try to eat at times out of habit and cannot absorb it. It is an emotional rollercoaster no one can prepare you for the ups and downs you feel, I am spending a lot of time w/myself and learning the difference of what is going on with me and where it is coming from. To all who is waiting it is def worth it. Will check back soon take care.

A few days after surgery and I am coming along well, thanks for ya prayers they worked. I lost 8 lbs so far mostly fluid but I am on my way and glad about it. It is a life changing moment, and I welcome it. Will be back soon to chat. Good luck to all who is also embarking on this journey it is definitely woth it.

I had my initial consultation and I am done with all my labs. I have gone to see my psych and nutritionist. Now my info has been sent to my insurance company and I am waiting for approval!!! The wait is killing me...
