George H. Lanier

"Rooms were very hot and temperature could not be controlled well. I had problems with the nursing staff and addressed them with supervisors and things got worse. IV was not checked after complaints over two days and vein finally blew and arm became infected. I had to have my family stay with me almost constantly."

Fernando Sanchez

"My first impression of Dr. Sanchez was quite a shock. I had heard so many bad things about his bedside manner that I went in prepared to do battle. BUT might I say I was VERY pleasantly surprised by him. He was so nice to me and answered all of my questions and seemed very concerned about my health. He didn't go into great detail about how the surgery would be done because he wanted me to have all of my pre-op testing done and to read over some information he gave me about the surgery. His office scheduled the first of my pre-op testing for NEXT WEEK!!!! His staff said it would take about 6-8 weeks for all the testing and approval to be completed. Once all testing is complete I go back and a date will be set. The only thing I did not like was the wait time. My appointment was at 3:30 (as well as the other 25 people in the waiting room) and I wasn't seen until 5:45. So far so good and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to have the surgery done!!! He is also now doing his procedure Laproscopically. "
