I went to the Cardiologist yesterday and he suggested that I get a recumbant bicycle since I can't walk for excerise. We bought one and brought it home. It is now taking up half on my living room. We will replace the couch with a chair and the bicycle when we get back to our daughters in Ione.

My wife, RV Grandma passed away in December of 2010 a little over one year ago. After losing over 150 pounds she had life renewed. The last two years of her life she was living at her fullest. Durring those last two years she continued to watch very closely her diet. She was walking/hiking over three miles each day. One week before her passing away we hiked over 1000 foot altitude in six miles with a six mile hike. That was her last hike before she started having pain around her intestine area. The pain subsided and she start back walking a few miles each day then the pain came back severely. I took her to emergency at the hospital. She passed away a few days later. Her colon had died and gangrene had set in. The surgen saw that and sewed her up and she passed away a few hours later.
