Had my post op visit... i am either down 21 or 24 pounds. I honestly can't remember what she said when i got weghed. In my life I have always tuned that out and now I have to get in tune again!! Feeling good and looking forward to a healthy life saving journey!
Surgery

Surgery was last wednesday, i had band and hernia surgery. WOW it has been a long rough road... but in the end it wil be WELL worth it! 
Go back for post op on friday... hopefully all will be well.
