obviously, I don't know much about converting from my old profile, but I will put here that I started at 282 lbs on 9-13-05, the day of surgery and today, 12-11-06, I'm down to 143...everyone says that's low enough, but at 5'2, that's still overweight...so I'm shooting for the 135 range.
