Today is my birthday !!!!! Trying to be upbeat but I've hit one of those darn plateaus !!!!!! Haven't lost any since last post , but haven't gained either. I have lost 2 more inches off my waist though. I don't know how that happens without weightloss but I'll take it !!!!!!!

I have now lost 58 lbs since surgery on Oct 14th and 117 lbs overall !!! Merry christmas and a Happy New year to all !!!!!

Went to family doc today and have lost 7 more lbs !!! That's 49 since surgery on October 14th and 108 lbs total !!!!

Have now lost 42lbs since surgery on October 14th. That's 101 lbs since consult in July!! WoooHooo !!!! Century Club !!
