I was actually pretty athletic in high school and even through most of college. Upon graduating from college I had a study increase of weight gain over the past ten years. Also, having bouts of depression has not helped either. So now I have surgery date for December 15th and I am super excited. I know that this is an opportunity to make changes for the rest of my life!
